Based on the template architectural, the architectural limits can be defined for each room. Vabi Elements will assign the correct architectural Constructions based on the orientation, limitations and other boundary conditions. The input in the architectural template is applicable to all building modules.

We distinguish between the two following construction groups: Thermal envelope constructions and Interior constructions. The thermal envelope includes all walls, floors, and ceilings which border to the outside air (not to other rooms), to the ground, or to crawl spaces as can be seen from the drawings. This includes floors directly on the ground, above a crawl space, floors above outside air, roofs, ceilings, and walls to adjacent buildings, etc. The other walls, floors, and ceilings (and partition walls) are within the thermal envelope.
