Above the headers of the columns is a box labelled "To group data, drag a column header here" If you drag one of the column headers into this box the table will be filtered according to the possible results in that field. You can combine multiple filters by dragging more than one column header into the box. You can ungroup the table by dragging one of the column headers back out of the box.
