The name is the identity of the domestic hot water distribution resource and it is used as a reference in different drop down menus in the software. Therefore, it is advised to assign a simple, unique, and clear name to the distribution domestic hot water.

Visualisation

[Colour]
It is possible to visualise the domestic hot water distribution using a particular colour. This colour will be used in the 3D visualisation in the results section. In case you assign conspicuous colours to the various templates, this will give you a quick overview of the different templates used in the project.

Generation

[Selection]
A generation configuration for the distribution network domestic hot water should be specified. This configuration delivers the heat to the system. You can only choose from generation configurations in which actual generators for domestic hot water have been specified. If this is not the case, the generation configuration will not appear in the selection list.
