The adjacency of the selected building part(s) can be edited using the checkbox in the table. If the adjacency of multiple constructions needs to be edited at once, you should use the button Change selection. A screen will appear in which the adjacency of the construction may be modified into another adjacency than the adjacency following from the geometry. The option ‘According to geometry’ allows you to go back to the adjacencies which follow from the geometry. The adjacency can be modified into the following options:
Other building
One of the following building types is assumed at the
other side of the building part:
§ Row dwelling,
§ Piled building,
§ Office or rental,
§ Local heating.
In addition, the ground properties of the other building should be specified. This includes the same components as in the template building requirements.
Unheated room
The type of unheated space can be chosen from the
following selection:
§ Internal room,
§ Room ventilated with outside air,

requested here. By default, the temperature is 12 °C. The outside temperature
should be applied in case of well insulated floors (RC >= 4 (m² · K) / W) and
in case of well ventilated crawl spaces.
