Heat Loss

      It is now possible to calculate Heat Loss with 2017 version of ISSO 51, 53 and 57 (version of 2012 is still available;

      Heat recovery in air handling has more options;

      It is now possible to put in gross perimeter, area and volume of a building;

      It is now possible to choose a radiator with fan;

      Thermal bridges are added;

      Higher default room temperatures are added;

      Other adjacencies are added;

      Rehead surcharge is now per square meter floor;

      Zone input has more possibilities;

      It is now possible to put a room outside the thermal building envelope;

      Radiant heating ceiling / panel is split in two options;

      The VLA-method is now possible to use when the air handling has mechanical ventilation control;

      Automatically defining of ISSO 57 rooms is changed; the default height is now 4 meter instead of 5 meter; also sloped roofs in combination with ISSO 57 have a different definition;

      If the height till plenum is more than 4 meter and the roof is flat than ISSO 57 is chosen;

      Else: if height till plenum is more than 5 meter, ISSO 57 is chosen;

      Else: if the maximum vertical height of walls is more than 4 meter than ISSO 57 is chosen;

      If heating of floors, walls or ceilings is chosen in a room, transmission losses are not included anymore from adjacent rooms. For heated adjacent rooms this rule was already applied;

      For ISSO 51 rooms with height till plenum of more than 4 meter, temperature stratification at the ceiling is multiplied with h/4 according to table 2.2 of ISSO 51;

      The input of reduction for circulation rate is extended;

      For floors with ground adjacency the equivalent U-value is automatically calculated;

      The qv10-value for infiltration is now suitable for ISSO 57 with some situations;

      Calculation of power at the terminals is changed;

      Calculation cz-value ISSO 51, single-family housing with multiple zones, improved;

      Messages during calculation are improved;

      Word templates are improved.

Service updates

      CAD-import is improved when lines aren’t trimmed drafted;

      Column title in Buidling Simulation table improved;

      EPG: calculation BENG is improved.
